Joanna: I am a working(part time) mother of 2 awesome kids! I'm also an extremely blessed wife of the most amazing husband in the world! Ive struggled with health issues for about 18 years. I have tried EVERY strategy known to man to achieve my "healing" with little to no success. I was turned on to Paleo eating after being diagnosed with severe candida and food allergies. Paleo eating worked great for me in the beginning, however, like most other eating changes I seemed to start gaining weight again and dealing with the same old issues. Paleo has taught me several things, even "good sugars" when eaten in excess, are still bad. The one thing I am convinced of is food combining, eating fats separate from carbs (healthy carbs) seems to really be key. I love all things natural, and hope to share my passion of natural living with you. The good, bad, and the ugly.
